What You'll Do

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide operational support, administration, incident resolution, and problem management for network infrastructure, hardware, next-generation applications, and VPN (Virtual Private Network) solutions

  • Perform network administration, including software updates, hardware upgrades, and certificate management

  • Execute change and configuration management across all enterprise network equipment

  • Monitor network infrastructure to ensure high availability, uptime, and rapid issue resolution

  • Design and implement new network solutions to address business needs and improve overall performance

  • Collaborate closely with IT Infrastructure teams and Enterprise Architects to design solutions, resolve issues, and share knowledge

  • Create and maintain clear documentation to improve the supportability and scalability of network infrastructure

  • Provide leadership across projects, technologies, and team initiatives

  • Participate in additional duties as assigned

What You Bring

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a business-related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience & Skills

  • 4+ years of related network engineering experience

  • Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN and Internet connectivity

  • Experience supporting network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers (Juniper experience preferred)

  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across hardware and software environments

  • Experience documenting processes and technical procedures

  • Strong knowledge of large-scale network design and administration, including:

    • OSPF, ISIS, BGP

    • MPLS, Segment Routing

    • L3VPN, L2VPN
