Job description

Provider Network/ Project Manager, full time (40 hours) with excellent benefits Minimum Bachelors Degree; Masters Degree with professional mental health licensure preferred (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, TLLP, LLP). Knowledge of Community Mental Health services required. Ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, effective organizational and time management skills, and be process/system oriented. Room for advancement

Responsible for:
  • Obtaining, monitoring, and negotiating provider service contracts
  • Credentialing external providers, and internal service clinicians
  • Maintaining ongoing provider communications
  • Development of RFPs (Request for Proposals) for goods or services needed (templates provided)
  • Annual provider site reviews, including corrective action plan follow up
  • Attendance to regional and local meetings
  • Project Management such as audit coordination, policies, or any other projects as assigned by CEO.
