Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to own and improve engineering process documentation. This role focuses on building, structuring, and maintaining clear, scalable workflows that support engineering execution, alignment, and consistency. This is not a manufacturing or production-focused role. It is centered on engineering workflows, documentation, and cross-functional process design.

Responsibilities
Own and maintain engineering process documentation, ensuring clarity, structure, and accessibility
Build and standardize workflows across the product development and engineering lifecycle
Translate complex engineering and cross-functional processes into clear, practical documentation and SOPs
Partner closely with engineering, product development, and operations to capture and align workflows
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in engineering processes and implement scalable improvements
Lead process mapping and documentation efforts for new and existing engineering initiatives
Ensure documentation remains up to date as engineering processes evolve
Serve as the central owner of process clarity across engineering teams

Qualifications
3 to 7+ years of experience in engineering process documentation or a similar role
Experience working closely with engineering or product development teams
Proven ability to build documentation and workflows from the ground up
Strong ability to simplify and structure complex technical processes
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
