What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, CPIM, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.

  • Proven success developing sourcing strategies, negotiating complex supplier agreements, and delivering measurable cost savings and business value.

  • Experience supporting aftermarket parts, industrial equipment, manufacturing, automation, capital equipment, or service-based organizations is preferred.

  • Expertise in supplier relationship management, supplier performance improvement, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Strong commercial competence with deep knowledge of strategic sourcing, total cost of ownership, and supply chain guidelines.

  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to leverage data, important metrics, and market insights to drive informed business decisions.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive collaborators, lead cross-functional initiatives, and achieve results within a matrixed organization.

  • Exceptional leadership, mentoring, communication, and organizational development abilities with a passion for nurturing high-performing teams.
