National Staffing Solutions-Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin.

Travel RN – Home Health

We’re currently seeking a Home Health RN to join our amazing team.

Details of the opportunity:

  • Anticipated start date: ASAP
  • Assignment Length: 13 weeks
  • Setting: Home Health

Daily Range of Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and complete accurate OASIS documentation
  • Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered
  • Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and home safety
  • Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
  • Utilize Home Base Home Care software for documentation and care coordination

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
  • Active RN license in the state of practice (or compact license)
  • 1+ year of home health experience preferred
  • Current BLS certification
  • Active Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
