Job description

Winston Taylor's Chicago office is seeking a dedicated and experienced mid-level associate to join the complex commercial litigation group. Candidate should have at least three years of broad based, general litigation experience in a top-tier law firm or similar experience as a Federal Court judicial clerk. Candidates should have strong writing, research, and case management skills and experience coordinating matters in Illinois State and Federal courts through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial. The ideal candidate will have experience managing all aspects of discovery in large, high-stakes cases, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing motions. All candidates must have excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, analytical, writing, and verbal skills. All candidates must be admitted to the Illinois State Bar.
