Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Brand Growth
    • Drive the Vision: Develop and implement robust brand strategies grounded in sound analytics, consumer data, and market insights.
    • Own the Business: Act as the strategic owner of the portfolio, driving Brand Growth Plans, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Funding the Growth (FTG) strategies.
    • Manage the Financials: Oversee all business financials, including comprehensive brand P&L budgeting, forecasting, and tracking.
    • Uncover Insights: Develop and activate people-centric insights driven by a keen understanding of cultural trends, customer behavior, and data synthesis.
  • Marketing Execution & Innovation
    • Launch & Innovate: Spearhead the launch of new products and build impactful go-to-market strategies.
    • Craft the Message: Participate in brand planning, brief brand communication strategies, and partner with key agencies to deliver high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Empower Sales: Partner closely with the sales team to translate brand strategies into captivating selling stories for our retail partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operations
    • Lead the Team: Motivate and guide a cross-functional team (Customer Development, R&D, Insights, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to prioritize and execute commercialization efforts.
    • Run the Day-to-Day: Oversee everyday operations, including budget management, plant volume forecasting, and seamless communication among key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree ideally in Marketing, Finance, Sales or related fields
  • 6+ years or 4+ years with MBA/Masters of commercial experience, preferably in Marketing or Sales
  • Key involvement in Business Analysis, Marketing Plan development, and cross-functional project management

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $ - $ USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
