Job Responsibilities
  • Diverse Responsibilities - Your day-to-day tasks will keep you engaged and on your toes, with opportunities to cross-train in the receiving, shipping, and fulfillment departments. Operate both sit-down and reach forklifts, manage cargo in a bustling airport setting, and be the linchpin in unloading, organizing, loading, and shipping outbound freight.
  • Organization and Documentation - You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate shipment records, including bills of landing. Utilize our Warehouse Management System (MAGAYA) to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration - As a crucial team player, you'll be communicating effectively and collaborating seamlessly with our warehouse staff and supervisors, ensuring a well-oiled operation.

What We're Looking For:
  • Tech-Savvy - Computer proficiency and the ability to read Bills of Loading to efficiently manage cargo with comfortability in Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Freight Expertise - Experience with international freight, with a preference for Ocean Freight (Air Freight is acceptable)
  • System Proficiency - Proficiency with International Freight Warehouse Management Systems, such as MAGAYA.
  • Bilingual Advantage - Proficiency in both Spanish and English is a significant asset.
  • Forklift Operations - Certification and or experience in sit-down forklifts, standing reach-out trucks, or other equivalent heavy-lifting vehicles.
  • Reliable and Punctual - Good attendance and punctuality are essential qualities we seek in our team members.
  • Prior experience in International Freight Shipping of at least 3 years
