Description
The Part Time Warehouse Support Representative position supports daily warehouse operations at our Seattle facility. The main job is to process incoming packages and freight and prepare it for outbound shipment to Canada.
  • Package handling
  • Preparing and wrapping pallets
  • Shipment paperwork
  • Managing emails and performing data entry tasks • Submitting customs documentation for cross border customs clearances

What to Expect
  • Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment-be prepared for varying temperatures.
  • Physical tasks include lifting, moving, and organizing freight, but the pace is not continuous; there are frequent breaks between truck loads during the shift
  • Training will cover dock loading procedures, safety protocols, and system workflows.
  • Expect a mix of hands-on labor and computer-based tasks, including email communication and Excel reporting.

Although the primary role is helping the warehouse operation to ensure freight is processed appropriately, a problem-solving mindset is required. This position will also handle data entry into our computer system, so good computer skills and some data entry experience is preferred
This is a part time position. The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday 5:00pm - 9:00pm.
Responsibilities
Daily Job Duties: Receiving, weighing, measuring, scanning, labeling, and shipping while adhering to all safety, security, and customs regulations.
  • Load and unload packages from processing stations / trailers
  • Affixing labels or placards to the packages / pallets
  • Scanning boxes from inbound staging area
  • Preparation of bill of ladings
  • Data entry shipment details
  • Cross train in other warehouse positions as needed
  • Complete health & safety compliance trainings as required

Experience
  • This is a physical, fast-paced position that can involve continual lifting, lowering, and sliding packages that typically weigh 25-35 lbs. and may weigh up to 70 lbs.
  • Must have data entry experience and able to process shipments into computer system
  • Email platform and Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel)
  • Flexibility for occasional shift change during peak season
  • Must be able to work in varying temperature conditions during the seasons

Education
Preferred, Not Required:
  • High School Degree or GED preferred

The base salary range for this role is $21.00 to $24.00 per hour. Actual base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law.
