Position Overview
Circle Logistics is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This is a customer sales based senior account mnager role, where you'll own the entire customer lifecycle-from prospecting and winning new business to managing freight and growing long-term customer relationships.
The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of freight brokerage experience, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume outbound environment. Experience with Flatbed, Over-Dimensional (OD), Expedited, AOG, or Aerospace freight is highly valued.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who is comfortable creating their own opportunities, making 150+ outbound calls per day, and taking full ownership of their book of business.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the United States with experience in a sales-based role within freight brokerage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new shipper relationships through high-volume outbound calling, networking, and referrals
  • Make 150+ outbound calls per day to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and freight opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through closing
  • Develop and grow a profitable book of business
  • Manage customer relationships and identify opportunities to increase freight volume
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of shipments from pickup through delivery
  • Coordinate with carriers and internal operations teams to ensure successful load execution
  • Negotiate customer and carrier rates while protecting profit margins
  • Provide proactive communication and exceptional customer service
  • Monitor market conditions and provide transportation solutions that meet customer needs
  • Work extended hours, including nights and weekends when necessary, to support customers and shipments

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of freight brokerage experience required
