Job description

Position Overview:
This position will primarily support our Westminster and Centennial, CO locations, with local travel to job sites required.
We are looking for a creative and motivated videographer/content creator to help us capture and produce engaging video content for our solar and roofing business throughout Colorado. This is a short-term contract opportunity with the potential to extend based on business needs, and could be a great fit for a college student, film student, freelance videographer, or early-career content creator looking to build their portfolio and gain real-world experience.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Capture on-site b-roll footage at residential and commercial job sites
  • Film warehouse and operations footage
  • Conduct team interviews and customer testimonials
  • Produce voiceover-based videos
  • Create social media and marketing content
  • Edit multiple versions of the same video for different platforms and uses, such as:
    • 30-second social cut
    • 60-second promotional version
    • 2-3 minute long-form version

Deliverables
The selected contractor will be expected to deliver:
  • A specified number of edited videos per month/project
  • Multiple cut variations for each video
  • Raw footage upon request
  • Final files formatted for social media and web use

Specific deliverables, timelines, and compensation will be agreed upon prior to each project or monthly content cycle.
Requirements
  • Must be located in Colorado with reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites
  • Basic videography and editing experience
  • Ability to provide own camera and audio equipment
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
  • Drone experience (FAA certification a plus)
  • Social media content experience
  • Interview/audio recording experience
  • Portfolio or examples of previous work

Compensation is project-based or monthly contract-based, depending on experience and scope of work.
