INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency, is looking for a short-term freelance Data Product Manager to join our team! We don't just look for fresh talent; we look for fresh thinkers.

The Data Product Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding our digital analytics projects towards success. This position demands a proactive approach to collaborating with digital analysts, implementation specialists and business stakeholders. You will be instrumental in understanding project requirements, defining clear scopes, and setting achievable goals to enhance our digital analytics initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES  
•    Partner with analysts, implementation specialists and business stakeholders to clearly understand project requirements, define project scope, and set achievable goals.
•    Translate business needs into actionable technical plans, meticulously breaking down projects into manageable tasks while setting realistic timelines and milestones.
•    Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, employing industry-standard methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall to ensure project success.
•    Manage project resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of budget, time, and team efforts.
•    Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, while keeping all stakeholders informed through clear and consistent communication.
•    Maintain rigorous project documentation, including plans, risk logs, and status reports, to ensure a transparent and traceable project lifecycle.
•    Seek out and implement strategies for process improvement, aiming to boost project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS 
•    A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical project management, with a preference for those who have worked on data-driven projects.
•    A robust understanding of digital analytics concepts, tools, and technologies (e.g., GA4/Adobe Analytics, tag management systems, QA of digital signals).
•    Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA).
•    Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of independent and team-oriented work.

Salary range: $100,000 to $110,000
