Job title: Network & Voice Engineer – AudioCodes / VoIP / SBC

Job location: Indianapolis, IN—Onsite

Employment type: Contract

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Network & Voice Engineer with strong expertise in AudioCodes technologies and enterprise voice solutions. The role will involve designing, implementing, and supporting VoIP and SBC-based communication environments, alongside core network technologies (LAN & WLAN) in project-driven engagements.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and support AudioCodes solutions in enterprise environments
  • Implement and manage Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions, including call routing, dial plans, and voice integrations
  • Configure and support Session Border Controllers (SBC) for secure voice communications
  • Integrate and manage Microsoft Teams voice solutions (Direct Routing / Operator Connect – as applicable)
  • Support end-to-end network infrastructure (LAN & WLAN) for voice and collaboration environments
  • Participate in project delivery activities, including design, planning, deployment, and hypercare support
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across voice and network layers
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders for project execution and optimisation
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, LLDs, and runbooks.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong hands-on experience with AudioCodes products (not audio codec—specifically OEM solutions)
  • Proven expertise in VoIP technologies and protocols (SIP, RTP, etc.)
  • Experience in Session Border Controller (SBC) configuration and management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams voice integration
  • Strong fundamentals in LAN & WLAN technologies (routing, switching, wireless networking)
  • Experience in enterprise network environments and multi-site deployments
  • Good understanding of network security concepts related to voice architectures

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to Cisco / Juniper / Arista networking environments
  • Experience in SD-WAN / modern network architecture

Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):
