  • Conduct market and customer research to understand the target audience and identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide CRM training and support to ensure data cleanliness across tools
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the revenue operations process

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 2-3 years of experience in revenue operations or a related field (sales or marketing operations, performance marketing, business analytics)
  • Tested project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve business performance
  • Familiarity with sales, operations, and marketing tools, such as HubSpot, Smartsheet, and NetSuite
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-departmentally
  • Knowledge of the sales process and the company’s target audience and goals
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Basic SQL experience a plus
  • A desire to learn and grow in the revenue operations field, and a willingness to continuously improve and develop new skills
