• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, during individual, group, and family sessions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing EMR software to streamline record-keeping.
• Engage in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and recovery coaches, to provide well-rounded care to clients.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to expand your knowledge and enhance the quality of care provided.
• Promote positive patient outcomes by implementing therapeutic strategies that align with each client's goals and challenges.

Our services cater to a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. As a counselor at our organization, you will engage with clients who often have limited access to traditional mental health services, providing you with the chance to make a meaningful difference in their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted LPCC licensure in the state of California.
• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, preferably within a mental health or community healthcare setting.
• Proficient understanding of legal and ethical standards within the field of counseling.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desired.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Comfortable with utilizing EMR systems for documentation and tracking patient progress.
