Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual psychotherapy sessions for individuals facing mental health concerns associated with substance abuse treatments.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify needs and establish effective treatment plans utilizing best practices and solution-focused methodologies.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), specifically tailored to aid recovery from substance misuse.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Actively collaborate with the treatment team, including psychiatrists, counselors, and recovery coaches to coordinate holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on available mental health and substance abuse resources to foster better understanding and support systems.
• Continuously stay abreast of current research trends and psychological innovations to integrate new strategies into treatment protocols.
• Proactively manage a diverse caseload, striving to meet treatment goals while upholding ethical and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a varied demographic of patients, each facing unique challenges related to substance abuse. The role requires sensitivity and adaptability to address the mental health needs of individuals transitioning through different stages of recovery. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary for this full-time role, ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually. For part-time positions, compensation ranges from $50,000 to $70,000, proportionate to hours worked.
