Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of your clients.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a mental health therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Strong background in delivering psychotherapy and demonstrated proficiency in various therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to relate to clients from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• 2 years of experience providing individual and group therapy.
