Role Overview: As the Office Manager, you'll be the go-to resource for workplace operations, ensuring offices remain organized, fully stocked, and functioning efficiently. You'll partner with internal teams, vendors, and building management while supporting office events, facilities, shipping, and employee experience. Office Manager Responsibilities: • Oversee daily office operations across multiple office locations. • Manage office, kitchen, shipping, and facility supply inventory. • Coordinate vendors, building maintenance, repairs, and office services. • Maintain clean, organized, and fully operational workspaces. • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, shipping, and courier scheduling. • Coordinate meeting logistics, catering, and employee lunches. • Assist with planning office events, team gatherings, and company meetings. • Support office technology, equipment setup, and maintenance. • Communicate office updates and help implement workplace procedures. • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day office needs.
