ABOUT THE CREATIVE AND DIGITAL FELLOW:
This individual will sit under our Creative and Digital teams - our visual storytellers who use their creative talents to tap into people's passions to see and engage with (RED).
(RED)'s approach to best-in-class brand and design is comprehensive, multifaceted, and multi-channel. With the Creative team, the Fellow will contribute to the development of (RED) assets for cross-departmental daily branding needs, key activations, campaigns, and for current and prospective (RED) partners. With the Digital team, the fellow helps manage all of (RED)'s digital platforms including social, website, Amazon store, email newsletter, and more.
We're constantly looking for ways to serve (RED)'s audience of 6 million followers with content that educates, entertains, and inspires action. If you hold technical design skills, and are obsessed with TikTok trends and pop culture, this Fellowship is a great fit for you!
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
  • Work hand-in-hand with (RED)'s Art Directors to elevate and conceptualize the (RED) brand. Support creative solutions existing within both print and digital spaces. Will work directly with the Art Directors to manage and prioritize multiple cross-divisional projects.
  • Assist in the development and ordering of printed materials such as business cards, stationary, and office materials.
  • Work with Creative and Digital teams to develop social content across various platforms.
  • Assist in the creation of social media, website, email, and blog content around (RED)'s impact, partnerships, and key moments.
  • Contribute new ideas for social media content based on (RED)'s content calendar.
  • Develop TikTok video concepts and bring creative ideas to brainstorms.
  • Engage with (RED)'s audience on social media by responding to comments and direct messages, sourcing user-generated content, and monitoring relevant hashtags. Assist with day-to-day updates to (RED)'s website and Amazon store.
  • Proactively monitor and research new features on social platforms, up-and-coming creative trends, and unique activations from other brands and non-profits.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to explain, interpret, and summarize information.
  • Support the (RED) team onsite during campaigns and key events.
  • Additional duties as determined.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • December 2025 or May 2026 graduates.
  • Adept at Microsoft, Google Suite, and Keynote.
  • Experience using Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
  • Portfolio* showcasing interest, understanding, and focus on user-centered design and strong fundamental knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign with added plus for knowledge using AfterEffects, Premiere Pro, or Animate). Additional knowledge in browser-supported platforms (Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, Blender, etc.) is a plus.
    • *Traditional and non-traditional portfolios are welcome!
  • Comfortable talking through their creative process.
  • Ability to produce short-form iPhone video content for social media.
  • Pop culture and online trend buffs are a plus.
  • Strong writing skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cross-divisional projects.
  • Plus: Working Figma knowledge/experience. Experience with Salesforce. Interest in emerging social and digital technologies, as well as motion graphics and/or video editing.

FELLOWSHIP OVERVIEW:
Through (RED)'s post-college Fellowship Program, fellows will achieve professional and personal goals, all while becoming advocates for (RED) and our fight against injustices.
Candidates must be a December 2025 or May 2026 college graduate. The fellowship will run from June 8th 2026 through April 30th, 2027. Fellows must have close proximity to NYC to be in the office 1-3 days a week and be online Monday through Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm EST.
