RED's modular camera system and groundbreaking image quality are by far the best on the market today! Started by Jim Jannard (founder of Oakley), RED continues to break ground with new products like KOMODO and V-RAPTOR. RED was used for major productions like The Queen's Gambit, The Social Dilemma, My Octopus Teacher, The Suicide Squad, The Morning Show, Russian Doll, Squid Game, Matrix, Red Notice, and Mank. In addition, RED has been selected as the camera of choice in 3 major productions, winning 2 Oscars and 3 Emmys in the cinematography category. This is an exciting time for RED, and we are growing!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Mechanical Assembly & Equipment Support

  • Assemble metal workbenches, test station fixtures, production carts, and basic production workstations including adjustments and reconfiguration
  • Assist with breakdown and disassembly of equipment for storage, shipment, or service   

Packaging & Material Handling 

  • Box, label, and package products per defined procedures  
  • Move, stage, and organize parts, bins, and materials across production areas  
  • Support material flow and basic inventory organization  

Workspace Organization 

  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized production areas  
  • Clean tools, benches, and shared equipment regularly  
  • Support 5S practices (organization, cleanliness, and standardization)  

Operational Support 

  • Follow SOPs for handling tools, materials, and equipment  
  • Support production and service teams with general hands-on tasks  
  • Escalate issues or inefficiencies to leads or supervisors  
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong mechanical and hands-on aptitude
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools (wrenches, drills, screwdrivers, etc.)
  • Ability to lift and move materials of up to 35-50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to take direction 
  • Reliable attendance and consistent work ethic  
  • Comfortable working in a structured production environment  
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 1 year in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production support roles
  • Prior metal framing construction experience
  • Exposure to equipment handling and packaging
  • Familiarity with organized production systems (e.g., 5S principles)
