About RedTeam

RedTeam is a B2B SaaS company building construction management software the way contractors actually work — because we’ve managed the same challenges our customers face every day. Our platform helps commercial general contractors stay in control from bid to closeout, streamlining operations, improving visibility, and protecting profitability across every phase of a project.
We’re not software people pretending to understand construction — we’re built by contractors, for contractors, and that shows up in everything from our product to how we support customers. Today, more than 850,000 construction professionals rely on RedTeam to keep their teams aligned and their jobs on track, from the office to the jobsite.
The Role

We're looking for a Sr. Marketing Coordinator to help shape and execute our marketing strategies and campaigns.
You'll report directly to the Director of Marketing, and work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager and internal subject matter experts, collaborating on strategy while owning execution of high-quality, on-brand marketing collateral.
This role is tactical first (you'll spend most of your time writing, designing, and publishing), but you'll also have a hand in shaping the strategies behind that work, not just carrying them out. If you like variety, move quickly, and want more ownership over how content and campaigns come together, then this role is for you.
You've likely worked in B2B SaaS before, and you've worked in a remote startup, so you already know how to stay productive and communicative without a lot of oversight. You're comfortable wearing a lot of hats each day without losing sight of bigger goals and deadlines.
What You’ll Do

  • Own the RedTeam marketing content calendar
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager on marketing strategies, providing input rather than sole ownership
  • Create content marketing strategies (long- and short-form pieces, email campaigns, social content, and more) and execute them from concept through publish
  • Write marketing content across formats, including blog posts, social posts, case studies, emails, one-pagers, and presentations
  • Design on-brand marketing creative in Canva (ads, social graphics, simple videos and animations, and more)
  • Publish and maintain content in WordPress
  • Build and publish in HubSpot, including marketing emails, social posts, and landing pages
  • Manage larger content and design projects with our freelancers and third-party partners
  • Use AI tools (e.g., Claude Projects/Agents) to speed up your own content production
  • Move fluidly across organic and paid marketing work, as needed
  • Attend in-person events (trade shows, conferences, and industry events), as needed
What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally including B2B construction SaaS
  • Experience working in a remote startup environment
  • Project management experience
  • Vendor and freelancer management experience
  • You describe yourself as a marketing generalist, not a specialist in one lane
  • Hands-on experience writing marketing content across multiple formats
  • Hands-on experience designing in Canva (you're not a graphic designer, but you make things look good)
  • Hands-on experience publishing content in WordPress
  • Hands-on experience building in HubSpot (email, social, landing pages)
  • A tactical mindset with growing strategic input — you take direction well, execute high-quality work quickly, and can help shape the "how" behind campaigns
  • Comfort with, or eagerness to learn, AI tools like Claude for streamlining work and processes
Why Join RedTeam

RedTeam moves fast. We’re lean, AI-forward, and built to make bold decisions quickly.
Our marketing team is small but mighty. Instead of being boxed into one narrow lane, you’ll be involved across the full customer lifecycle — from the first piece of content someone reads to the emails that keep them engaged as customers. That means real variety in your work today, and real room to grow as our team expands tomorrow

This is a remote position.
