Position OverviewThe
Data Entry / AP Support Specialist will play a key role in preparing supplier data for migration into a new ERP system. This position involves reviewing, organizing, and validating financial documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Key Responsibilities- Review and organize vendor records in preparation for ERP system migration
- Locate and verify supplier documentation, including:
- Ensure all vendor files are complete, accurate, and compliant
- Maintain organized digital records and tracking systems
- Utilize Excel to manage and validate data sets
- Follow direction while also working independently to meet deadlines
What We're Looking For- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
- Comfortable working with Excel and large data sets
- Capable of taking direction and working independently
- Positive attitude and a strong team-oriented mindset
Preferred (but not required):- Background in Accounts Payable or financial data entry
Schedule & Work Environment- Fully onsite position
- Flexible start time (early morning preferred; around 7:30-8:00 AM or earlier)
- Flexible lunch schedule
Compensation & Benefits- Pay Rate: Approximately $23/hour
