This freelance Event Producer role will support the execution of a large-scale launch event, overseeing production logistics, vendor coordination, VIP hospitality, and onsite operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of event production experience, strong project management skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. Client Details Our client is a fast-growing, globally recognized company known for innovation, technology, and exceptional customer experiences. They are a market leader in their space and are hosting a high-profile launch event that will bring together executives, partners, VIP guests, and key stakeholders, creating a unique opportunity to work on a high-visibility brand experience. Description Coordinate event production timelines, deliverables, and logistics across multiple vendors and agencies. Manage guest experience, including travel, accommodations, transportation, RSVP tracking, and VIP hospitality. Oversee venue setup, technical production, catering, signage, furniture, and event operations. Track project milestones, approvals, and operational dependencies to ensure seamless execution. Lead production status meetings, manage action items, and maintain the master event checklist. Support rehearsal planning, risk management, contingency planning, and onsite event execution. Serve as a key operational lead during event week, ensuring a smooth experience for guests, partners, and stakeholders. Profile A successful Event Producer should have: 5+ years of experience producing large-scale corporate events, executive conferences, or brand activations Strong project management and event production expertise Proven ability to manage multiple vendors, agencies, and stakeholders simultaneously Experience with VIP hospitality, executive events, and guest experience management Skilled in overseeing event logistics, timelines, budgets, and operational execution Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a "get-it-done" attitude Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with tight deadlines Experience working with innovative, consumer-facing, or globally recognized brands is highly preferred Available to work onsite in Miami during event week and throughout key project milestones Job Offer Hourly pay in the range of $40 to $55, depending on experience and qualifications.
