Now Hiring: Freelance Event & Production Crew – New York, NY

Pay: $36–$47/hr (based on role & experience) | Freelance, Project-Based Work

Who We Are

Odeum Labor Services (OLS) is a national provider of skilled labor for live events, theater, immersive experiences, and experiential builds. Founded through the merger of Mind the Gap Labor Services and TINC Productions, we bring more than 30 years of expertise to every project.

Our crews support everything from theatrical builds and concerts to large-scale marketing activations, corporate events, and immersive experiences. We install scenic and technical elements such as staging, lighting, sound, temporary structures, event furniture, and branded environments.

At OLS, we believe projects succeed when crews are respected, fairly paid, and properly supported. Our in-house project managers handle logistics and communication — so our freelance professionals can focus on delivering exceptional work on-site.

Roles We’re Hiring:

  • OSHA 30 Carpenters
  • OSHA 30 Finish Carpenters
  • OSHA 30 Stagehand
  • OSHA 30 Electricians

What You’ll Need

  • Prior experience in live events, scenic installs, or production labor
  • Transportation to and from job sites in the New York City, NY area
  • Professional attitude and reliability
  • OSHA and SST Certification
