Location: West Nyack, NY (Hybrid 3 days in office)

Job Description:
Must Have Skills (Most Important):
A degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science
Knowledge of RF theory as well as 5G and LTE/VoLTE technology
Experience with major RAN equipment vendors (e.g., Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung)
Understanding of 5G and LTE network KPIs and key parameters
Experience with network Design/Optimization
Knowledge of IB DAS Design and Optimization
Knowledge of DAS OEM (JMA, SOLiD, ADRF, Commscope, TE)
Experience with IB DAS integration and commissioning
Experience with iBWave
Knowledge of call flow analysis tools such as Airwave/Truecall
Experience with a project workflow tool is a plus, e.g. Fuze
Job duties:
Our network engineering team keeps us ahead of the competition. As an In-Building RF/SP Engineer, you'll be supporting some major projects that will transform our In-building (IB) cell sites, to improve network performance and customer experience. You'll play a key role in making sure our customers continue to enjoy the crystal-clear connections and top-notch call performance that were known for.
Using knowledge of 5G, LTE, IP, and microwave to contribute to network design
Evaluating service performance trends and isolating root causes of impacted services.
Performing testing and analyses of relevant key performance indicators
Coordinating technical investigations and testing with appropriate regional, area and HQ functions
Providing technical analysis, troubleshooting, and training assistance to markets and regions as requested
Optimizing networks using traditional and innovative means
Investigating and resolving customer complaints regarding service
Conducting data analysis of switch statistics and drive data by conducting drive/walk testing for potential sites, new site integration, and system optimization
Maintaining accuracy of the databases and tools to ensure proper reporting
You will also have the opportunity for involvement in the system performance aspects of macro network engineering in a challenging RF environment and getting involved in all aspects of IB deployment and optimizations from the initial integration phase through the final testing and acceptance phase.
Education/certifications:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Experience in RF design and optimization.
Logistics:
40 hour per week (standard 9-5). Hybrid setup, candidate needs to be able to work 3 or more days from the office in West Nyack. Need to be available for site visits (in NYM Metro submarket - NYC, LI, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam) as necessary.
