Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically fluent Engagement Manager with expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, and Environment Management to lead and manage client engagements across complex technology ecosystems. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between technical delivery teams and enterprise clients, ensuring seamless implementation, operation, and optimization of SRE/DevOps initiatives.
You will be the primary point of contact for the client, responsible for project success, stakeholder alignment, environment coordination, and issue resolution-all while enabling high performance, availability, and resilience of applications and infrastructure.
