Ready to take the lead on high-impact electrical projects and help shape the future of our field operations? We're looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality work from planning to closeout.
In this role, you'll partner directly with senior leadership, field teams, and our Estimating Department to drive successful project outcomes. If you are a hands-on project leader with strong communication skills and a passion for guiding construction projects to successful outcomes, we want to hear from you.
Requirements
What You'll Do:
  • Manage the daily demands of multiple electrical construction projects throughout Central and South Florida
  • Work with vendors and subcontractors for timely, coordinated project integration
  • Maintain strong working relationships with General Contractors and other project stakeholders
  • Manage the financial health of projects, including budgets, forecasts, billings, and change orders
  • Support field operations to ensure their success on projects
  • Promote a strong, proactive safety culture
  • Maintain organized project documentation

What We're Looking For:

Experience, Skills & Education:
  • 5+ years as a Project Manager, three of which are in commercial electrical contracting
  • Proficiency with Procore & Bluebeam is a plus
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • A BA or BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field -or- extensive OTJ training in construction management
  • Valid Driver's License
