Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Home Service Electrical Safety Advisor to evaluate residential electrical systems, identify safety concerns, and provide homeowners with solutions to improve safety, efficiency, and reliability. This role combines technical inspection with consultative sales, helping customers make informed decisions about their home electrical needs. Opportunity to earn 100K +
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-home electrical safety inspections for residential customers
  • Identify code violations, hazards, and inefficiencies in electrical systems
  • Educate homeowners on safety risks and recommended improvements
  • Present repair and upgrade options, including panel replacements, surge protection, rewiring, and energy-efficient solutions
  • Provide accurate estimates and explain pricing clearly
  • Build trust with customers through professionalism and transparency
  • Close sales by recommending appropriate solutions based on customer needs
  • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure proper execution of sold work
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, recommendations, and sales activity
  • Follow all company policies, safety standards, and local electrical codes
Qualifications
Experience in residential electrical work & home services
  • Estimating, & consultative experience a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly way
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, panels, wiring, and safety standards (training may be provided)
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
