Job description

What are we looking for?

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical industry (2+ years)

- Knowledge of current electrical systems, codes, regulations, and best practices

- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail


Responsibilities:

- Review project specifications, drawings, and estimates

- Manage submittals and change orders

- Source and manage subcontractors

- Coordinate with General Contractor to understand project objectives, deliverables, and expectations

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical wiring and equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations 

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets

- Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment
