Job Overview & Responsibilities
  • This position handles design and analysis related to all control systems and separation events for the launch vehicle.
  • Those specific areas include but are not limited to, powered and coast phase frequency domain stability analyses, booster and upper stage time domain analyses, reaction control system design parameters and commodities usage, launch drift (near pad) clearance analysis, ground wind placard generation, stage I/II separation analysis, spacecraft separation analysis, steering sequence design, and all related recurring flight software parameter generation.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field from an accredited college or university.
  • Independent worker with capability to solve complex problems.
  • This position requires familiarity with the Linux environment and software/code such as MATLAB, C/C++ , and Python

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from an accredited college or university.

Summary Salary Range (for ULA - Denver only):  $70,952.00 - $118,253.00 

Please note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon a candidate's experience and qualifications, as well as internal equity, market and business considerations. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in addition to base pay.
