Job description

E-Logic is hiring a qualified Security Technician III to provide comprehensive S2 Security Support Services for the U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) / Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland. This role supports multiple security disciplines, including personnel, physical, and industrial security, while ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) regulations and organizational security procedures.


Work Type: Full-Time


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support across multiple security disciplines, including Personnel Security, Physical Security, Industrial Security, and General Security Administration.
  • Process employee and contractor badges, security in-processing and out-processing actions, and Temporary Duty (TDY) security requests.
  • Maintain and update personnel security records, clearance documentation, and case files in accordance with DoD requirements.
  • Utilize Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and Personnel Security Investigation Portal (PSIP) to manage and verify security-related information.
  • Support daily S2 operations, including administrative security functions and coordination of security requirements.
  • Assist with SharePoint management, document control, and updates to security policies, procedures, and internal guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable DoD security regulations, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in industrial security, personnel security, or a related security environment, OR an Associate's Degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency with DISS, PSIP, and DoD security regulations.
  • Secret Clearance is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and database management skills.
  • Experience maintaining security documentation and handling sensitive information with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-security government environment.
