Job description

How you'll CREATE
  • Partner with the REPUBLIC Collective roster to conceive, develop, and implement distinctive artist brands and visual identities.
  • Oversee all creative work related to bespoke content production by in-house design, photo, and video teams, as well as external freelancers.
  • Manage relationships with artists and managers, aligning creative strategy with their vision and goals.
  • Set and manage project timelines, campaign budgets, and vendor negotiations to ensure timely delivery of exceptional, on-brand creative.
  • Collaborate closely with A&R, marketing, and digital teams to translate music into cohesive, scalable creative campaigns-from strategy through execution.
  • Maintain and grow an external network of creatives to ensure campaigns remain culturally relevant, fresh, and forward-thinking.
  • Lead and pitch creative concepts and presentations to internal stakeholders, external partners, and artist teams.

Bring your VIBE:
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Experience lading visual projects from initial conception through to execution.
  • Deep knowledge and interest in music.
  • Label experience preferred.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced creative environment, preferably within the music or retail industries.
  • Background in pitching new business, specifically in a creative field.
  • Ability to comfortably manage multiple project deadlines and requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expert-level organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic proficiency of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop
