Job description

This is an hourly, market-based position serving the Charlotte and Raleigh areas. You'll support partial- and full-day events approximately 2 times per month, with travel to events across Charlotte, Raleigh, and Charleston. Bisnow will provide an advance event calendar so you always know what's coming.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Facilitate all onsite logistics for Bisnow events in your assigned market.
  • Ensure every aspect of the event is prepared and runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • Participate in a 30 minute pre-event call before every event to review details.
  • Work with Event Managers to ensure venues, audiovisual, catering and party rental are all confirmed prior to the event.
  • Pick up name badges prior to the event and set up registration the day before every event.
  • Manage onsite ticket sales and charges through Bisnow's square account.
  • Store all Bisnow event inventory (includes but is not limited to signs, lanyards, label printer, pop up banners, etc.).
  • Bring and set up event signage and materials to the event space prior to the start of the event and ensure that all is safely removed from the event once concluded.
  • Coordinate with Bisnow Clients who are sponsoring the event to ensure that they are pleased and supported throughout the event.
  • Work with party rental vendors to set up stage, chairs, tables, etc. (raw space events only).
  • Be aware of your surroundings at all times to provide an A++ attendee experience- this includes coffee, food, music, trash cans, etc.

  • 1 - 3 years of Event Coordination & Registration experience.
