Data Entry Associate – Life Works Program The Life Works Program is hiring a Part-Time, Temporary Data Entry Associate. This work is expected to conclude in January 2025 but can be extended as needed. This is a fully remote position.

Complete understanding of the Life Works Program, agency databases, goal codes, and data entry procedures required. Please review the full job description: ( LINK ) *Salary*: *$20.00 to $25.10 per hour DOQ* . This position is non-exempt under FLSA and eligible for overtime pay.

*The successful candidate must be able to:* Work well independently and remotely, as a highly-motivated self-starter with consistent access to high speed internet Review and verify accuracy, enter and update a large volume and variety of program-required hardcopy data and record into an electronic data base system Prepare, edit and produce standard and requested ad hoc reports using the program's databases and electronic software Follow standard operating procedures to maintain and secure data Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality Work successfully with Program Manager and other staff as needed to track progress of project goals by meeting consistently to set targets and communicate accomplishments/needs *Requires*: Graduation from high school; and Considerable data entry and data base maintenance experience; and Experience in social service program intake, administrative support or related work; or An equivalent combination of education and experience *Additional Requirements:* Must have a valid NC Driver's License Must pass pre-employment background and drug screens Must have experience with reporting, reviewing/analyzing data, and complete understanding of the Life Works Program *Submit*: cover letter, resume, and three professional work references with complete contact information via email to: admin@communityactionopportunities.org .
