Labcorp is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our team at Durham, NC, with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule!
Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with sales leadership to develop metrics, dashboards, and reports that accelerate strategies for revenue growth, e.g., pipeline health, opportunity identification
  • Collect, organize, cleanse, validate, and analyze sales data to create, calculate, and deliver reports on sales performance and sales commissions
  • Assist with administration of sales compensation plans
  • Research commission payment or sales discrepancies and exception requests and resolve them timely and accurately
  • Administer, monitor, and analyze performance on sales campaigns and sales contests
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that summarize sales performance for sales management and representatives
  • Communicate with and answer sales analytics and commission questions from sales leadership and representatives
  • Prepare and communicate ad-hoc sales analytics reports
  • Develop best practices, tools, reporting, and standard operating procedures to drive efficiencies and identify areas for process improvement

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
  • 5 or more years of demonstrable experience in data analytics with ability to analyze large datasets efficiently and effectively

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 or more years experience supporting senior sales leadership or enterprise sales organizations.

Labcorp's National Sales Enablement team is in search of a Sales Operations Senior Analyst to conduct commercial administration and analytics for our Diagnostics sales teams. This individual will be part of a team that provides insights and tools to help sales teams optimize sales processes and accelerate revenue-driving activities.
Applicants who live within 35 miles of either the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule. This schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week at an assigned location, either Burlington or Durham, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.
