Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Smithfield, NC

About the Role:

As a BCBA with Epic Minds Therapy, you'll play a vital role in developing and implementing personalized behavior intervention plans for our clients. You'll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to identify and address behavioral challenges, and collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions between therapy sessions and daily life.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on client assessments and data analysis

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and report findings to parents and caregivers

  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support to clients

  • Implement and reinforce behavioral interventions in therapy sessions

  • Collect and analyze data to measure client progress and inform treatment decisions

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience working with autism and related disorders

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
