Job description

Overview: We are seeking an experienced MDM Data Analyst to support our Master Data Management lead and team. This role is central to advancing our MDM platform — Veeva Network — through new project delivery, data quality initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings a strong data background, a high level of independence, and a track record of delivering high-quality outputs in complex data environments.

Key Responsibilities:

MDM & Data Quality

  • Provide MDM-related requirements definition and analysis to support platform enhancements and new integrations
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new MDM integrations and enhancements; provide formal sign-off on work requests
  • Perform data profiling and analysis of new data sources and customer lists to determine MDM universe matches and assess data quality
  • Support ad hoc data requests from internal stakeholders across the organization

Project Leadership & Collaboration

  • Collaborate on and lead projects at the intersection of HCP/HCO customer data, CRM adoption, and training initiatives
  • Drive cross-functional interviews and structured data investigations from problem definition through to final deliverable
  • Design and develop advanced hypotheses at
  • nd analytical frameworks to guide data investigations with limited oversight

Documentation & Communication

  • Create high-quality technical documentation, including audit frameworks and deliverable outputs suitable for senior leadership review
  • Translate complex data concepts into clearly structured, digestible materials that can be shared across the organization

Required Qualifications:

  • Total 8+ years of experience with strong background in Master Data Management (MDM), data quality, or data governance
  • Experience with Veeva Network or comparable MDM platforms strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in data profiling, analysis, and interpretation of large, complex datasets
  • Experience with HCP/HCO data and life sciences CRM ecosystems (e.g., Veeva CRM)
  • Demonstrated ability to perform UAT and provide formal sign-off on system enhancements
  • Excellent written communication skills; ability to produce structured, professional documentation
