We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in supporting K-12 students. This role is open to licensed SLPAs and offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to students' communication, language, and social development in a collaborative school setting.
Position Details:
Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Marion County
Start Date: Fall 2026
Schedule: 32 hours, School-Based
Responsibilities:

Assist in providing speech and language services.

Help students with communication needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field from an accredited institution
- 100-hour supervised clinical practicum completed under an Indiana-licensed SLP
- Minimum 75 direct client/patient contact hours
- Includes at least 20 hours in speech disorders and 20 hours in language disorders
- Eligible for or holds an Indiana SLP Support Personnel License (SLPA)
- Must work under the supervision of an Indiana-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

- Performs duties delegated by the supervising SLP
- Cannot independently evaluate students
- Cannot develop IEPs
- Cannot make clinical decisions

- Apply for an Indiana SLP Support Personnel License
- Submit official transcripts and supervision documentation
- Meet Indiana's education and clinical experience requirements
