Freelance CX Portfolio Planner (Remote)

Location Remote (East Coast Hours) Start Date 5/31/2021 End Date 11/31/2021 Focus/Any Other Details - Key responsibilities

a. Help organize and plan for CX efforts in 2022 for business group b. Partner with the VBG design head and current operations lead to organize the portfolio of programs for next year c. Dimensionalize each program for next year with budgeting, resourcing and type of work efforts needed by working with various capability leads within business CX organization such as UX/VD, UI engg., Research d. Organize programs by type of funding needs capex vs opex e. Organize programs by value generated in terms of revenue gains, operational savings, brand equity gains etc to help prioritize efforts against a limited set of resource pool f. Create a pathway for the programs to move from planning to execution

Skills Expected

a. Understanding of functioning of a CX org, it's capabilities and general CX design workflow (can compromise, if needed) b. Experience in synthesizing/rationalizing a portfolio of projects / programs in the capacity of a Design operations/planner and/or a PMO c. Estimation, planning, resourcing identification, relative prioritization d. Understanding of Capex vs opex breakdowns

Tiered preference of places to look for a. Enterprise background of playing a portfolio manager role ideally in a CX org nominally in a product or tech org b. Agency PMO roles, who have served their clients in similar capacity c. Enterprise PMOs who don't do traditionally portfolio planning, but have the right skills to morph themselves for this role
