Requirements:

  • Minimum master's degree in engineering
  • Minimum 5 years' of relevant industry experience, semiconductor/electronics planning environment experience is preferred
  • Technical program management or technology development experience
  • Supply chain, semiconductor and process improvement experience
  • Self-starter with extensive semiconductor supply chain experience

Performance Objectives

  • Collaborate with New product development/ technology development and factories to understand capacity and tool roadmap. 
  • Work with factories to understand specs, create a database of key parameters and increase reusability of tools. 
  • Work on creating a master tool list, CEIDs and based on roadmap drive decisions to scrap or keep tools. 
  • Collaboratively work with Industrial Engineering and Finance teams to identify and justify capacity investment opportunities
  • Continuously enhance the Capacity Planning process to ensure that analysis quality and supply constraints are mitigated effectively, and efficiently

Competencies

  • Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes
  • Business acumen and strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and modeling tools is preferred
  • Experience with collaboration with international teams including Asia is preferred
  • Experience in Semiconductor Assembly / Test operations environment is preferred
