Senior Manager, Customer Marketing - Specialty Medicine

Labcorp is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Marketing, Specialty Medicine to join our team in Burlington, NC or Durham, NC with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule!

Responsibilities:

Provider Insight Development, Personas & Value Propositions
  • Translate Market Insight research into actionable provider personas.

  • Develop audiencespecific value propositions and messaging that reinforce Labcorp's scientific credibility, clinical value, and differentiation, aligned with the enterprise audience strategy.

GotoMarket Strategy, Growth Plays & Lifecycle Activation
  • Support growth of customer audiences-planning and executing against annual growth strategy while driving audience expansion and elevating brand confidence and reputation.

  • Translate provider audience strategy into prioritized targeted GTM campaigns, growth plays, and lifecycle programs designed to acquire, engage, retain, and expand provider relationships.

  • Develop clear, actionable creative and channel briefs that translate strategic objectives into execution requirements, and review these briefs with channel partners to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, sequencing, and activation plans.

  • Work with channel partners to operationalize GTM plans into integrated activation, ensuring coordinated messaging, creative, and timing across web, email, paid, organic, and field channels (working with Portfolio Marketing).

  • Ensure consistent execution across paid, earned, and owned channels.

Content Engine Execution & Content System Management
  • Develop highquality, researchdriven content-including articles, blogs, clinical briefs, reports, toolkits, emails, videos, and presentations.

  • Use AI to adapt and personalize foundational content into audience-aligned assets designed for different channels, audiences, and stages of the provider journey.

  • Manage the content calendar, workflow, and production timeline from concept through MLR review and final asset delivery.

Market & Competitor Monitoring
  • For assigned provider audience segments, monitor market and competitor activity, messaging trends, clinical content, and new launches to inform optimization and content development.

  • Package trends and insights into actionable updates for leaders and executive cross-functional partners.

Performance Measurement, Optimization & Analytics
  • Track performance of messaging, campaigns, lifecycle initiatives, content assets, and channel execution; translate data into actionable insights and optimization plans.

  • Build reporting dashboards and narrative summaries that highlight key trends, performance drivers, risks, and recommended adjustments.

  • Use A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and journey metrics to optimize conversion rates, engagement, and funnel progression.

  • Partner with analytics teams to ensure tagging, measurement, and attribution are correctly implemented.

Project Management & Operational Coordination
  • Manage audience-specific marketing calendar and timelines, leading tactic sequencing and prioritization

  • Lead daytoday project management across multiple workstreams, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Coordinate inputs across Insights, Brand, Channel, Product Management, Portfolio Marketing, Medical/MLR, and Sales.

  • Manage external agencies, vendors, freelancers, and creative partners to deliver on-time, high-quality assets.

  • Drive operational excellence by improving workflows, communication, and execution processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 6 or more years of experience in marketing, customer engagement, or provider-focused commercial roles within healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory services, or other B2B clinical environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Additional Job Standards:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of provider segments (e.g., Primary Care, Health Systems, FQHCs, Independents, Pediatrics).

  • Experience developing personas, messaging, and go to market strategies for clinical or provider audiences.

  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into impactful narratives.

  • Proven ability to collaborate in a matrixed environment and influence cross functional stakeholders.

  • Experience with digital marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing.

  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fastmoving, highly collaborative environment.

This role turns enterprise audience strategy into highquality, insightdriven content and gotomarket execution that accelerates provider acquisition, strengthens lifecycle engagement, reinforces Labcorp's scientific leadership, and increases adoption of priority tests and solutions. Focused on targeted provider audiences, this leader collaborates closely with Insights, Brand, Channel Marketing, Segment Marketing, Product, and Sales to deliver compelling, clinically relevant provider experiences.

Applicants will follow a hybrid schedule that includes a minimum of three in-office days per week at the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.
