A Freelance AWS Cost Optimization specialist helps businesses reduce their cloud computing expenses on Amazon Web Services (AWS) by analyzing usage patterns, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing best practices. They review existing cloud architectures, suggest changes to resource allocation, and recommend automation or tools for better cost management. These specialists work independently and may support multiple clients, aiming to maximize efficiency without compromising performance or security.

What are some common challenges faced by freelance AWS cost optimization specialists when working with new clients?

Freelance AWS cost optimization specialists often encounter challenges such as limited visibility into a client's existing cloud architecture and spending patterns, making initial assessments time-consuming.
