Overview

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and execution of our clients' national audio investments (this includes terrestrial radio, streaming radio, podcasting, and satellite radio). You will be working alongside team leadership to cover client upfront and scatter needs: negotiations, IO stewardship, optimization, billing, and analyzing post-campaign delivery reports.

Our ideal candidate will oversee current campaigns as well as be a part of new campaign planning and development. This includes communicating directly with clients throughout the campaign(s) to understand any requests.

Responsibilities
  • Negotiate terrestrial, online streaming, podcasting, and satellite radio campaigns
  • Manage communication with vendors for any client requests
  • Create tactical recommendation presentations
  • Oversee and manage billing discrepancies
  • Manage pre-buy planning documents and order schedules for all terrestrial, online streaming, and podcasting partners
  • Work alongside Media Planning team to create and manage up-to-date buy summary documentation
  • Set up digital campaigns in conjunction with Media Planning and Data Architecture teams, including 1st party targeting
  • Compile and organize necessary documents for client reporting
  • Develop and deliver POV/position papers on key issues/opportunities
Qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience in Media Buying
  • Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical proficiency, particularly with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
  • Detail oriented and able to produce accurate work
  • Demonstrate leadership skills
  • Experience with buying and research programs Act1, Spectra OX, and Prisma preferred
