• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families through virtual appointments, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary while maintaining thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with telehealth regulations.
• Engage with clients through various communication methods, including video calls and secure messaging, fostering a safe and supportive online therapeutic environment.
• Participate in ongoing training, support groups, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and practice.

This role will involve working with a diverse client demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing various mental health challenges. Your therapeutic approach may address anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, grief, trauma, and more. By focusing on person-centered care, you’ll adapt treatments to resonate with each individual’s unique experiences and backgrounds.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage/Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent).
• Proven skills in mental health counseling and treatment planning.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and document sessions.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in providing mental health counseling or psychotherapy.
• Experience working with teens, adults, and couples in a variety of therapeutic settings.
• Prior experience in telehealth or remote counseling, with a strong willingness to embrace technology in practice.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000, based on qualifications and experience.
