This position will be conducted entirely via telehealth, allowing for flexibility and convenience in scheduling. Our state-of-the-art telehealth platform enables counselors to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and security. Your working hours will typically be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, facilitating a structured work routine.

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients, using various techniques to help them navigate through emotional and mental health challenges.
• Facilitate open, insightful conversations that encourage personal growth, self-discovery, and the development of coping strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, crafting personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status, applying solution-focused methodologies for effective treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of session notes and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and telehealth regulations.
• Engage in regular supervision and training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population across Washington, encompassing individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must possess a valid license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a counseling setting is required, demonstrating an ability to manage a caseload effectively.

• Experience in providing telehealth services is preferred, as it helps refine the unique skills necessary for remote counseling.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, is advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
