Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross-cultural collaboration and market expansion. Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in business integrity, commercial risk management, ads risk strategy, content safety, platform governance, fraud risk, or trust and safety. - Hands-on experience building or deeply using AI agents, LLM-based workflows, RAG systems, prompt/evaluation frameworks, model-assisted review tools, or operational automation tools. - Experience collaborating with engineering or data science teams to design AI-powered internal tools, risk platforms, decision engines, case investigation systems, or reviewer productivity solutions. - Familiarity with model evaluation, risk taxonomy design, policy reasoning, multimodal content understanding, automated investigation workflows, or large-scale review operations is a strong plus. - Strong ownership and curiosity toward emerging AI capabilities, with the ability to identify where AI can meaningfully improve governance quality, speed, and scalability.
