Position Summary...Role summary:
The Wireless Fraud Manager leads end-to-end fraud prevention and detection across wireless retail and digital channels, protecting revenue while enabling customer experience. This role owns fraud rule governance, analytics, and investigation workflows, including administration of platforms such as Accertify and management of carrier-provided fraud data. The manager monitors trends, identifies emerging risks, and delivers actionable insights to leadership while partnering closely with carrier, Global Investigations, and internal teams to resolve incidents and reduce exposure. The role also drives automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance real-time detection, reporting, and operational efficiency, ensuring scalable, data-driven fraud control.

The team develops quality frameworks, monitors program health, and drives continuous improvements to enhance detection accuracy.   • Leads end-to-end wireless fraud prevention, detection, and investigation across retail and digital channels, ensuring strong revenue protection while enabling customer experience. 
  • Owns fraud rule governance within platforms such as Accertify, including rules, negative lists, and device controls. 
  • Monitors fraud trends, identifies emerging risks, and deploys proactive controls to reduce exposure. 
  • Analyzes carrier fraud data and translates insights into actionable recommendations. 
  • Partners with carriers, Global Investigations, and external teams to resolve incidents and escalations. Delivers recurring reporting and executive insights to leadership. 
  • Enhances real-time monitoring and tools, drives automation and AI solutions, supports high-risk events, and leads cross-functional alignment.

2 years’ experience in a people leadership role, managing investigators, analysts, or operational specialists.
Experience across data-driven fraud detection (for example, signal design, pattern analysis, model validation, or behavioral analytics), field-based investigations (on-site observation, evidence collection, case management), developing standard operating procedures, quality assurance frameworks, and operational standards for investigation or compliance programs.
