Job description

Who We Are:
NCC is a leader in providing award-winning software, credit and compliance solutions, and cutting-edge data to the automotive industry for over 30 years. Our solutions help dealerships streamline their operations, enhance their finance and insurance (F&I) processes, and drive profitability. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a high-growth environment.
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own Credit, Compliance & Fraud (CCF), the pillar that protects every transaction on the NCC platform, which serves automotive dealerships nationwide. You will share equal ownership across three disciplines: credit decisioning, compliance automation, and fraud prevention, ensuring that dealers and lenders can move fast without taking on unacceptable regulatory or fraud risk.
This is a high-impact role for an experienced product leader who thrives on regulatory nuance, AI-native product delivery, and the protection of dealers and lenders while enabling growth across the automotive retail and finance ecosystem.
What You'll Do:
Credit Decisioning
  • Own the roadmap for credit decisioning capabilities that connect dealerships to lenders.
  • Partner with lenders and credit bureaus to improve approval speed and accuracy.
  • Define success metrics for decisioning speed, accuracy, and approval rates.

Compliance Automation
  • Ensure FCRA, TCPA, ECOA, and TILA requirements are built into every release, not bolted on after the fact.
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance to evaluate new regulatory guidance and translate it into product requirements.
  • Own compliance sign-off and audit-readiness for every CCF release.

Fraud Prevention
  • Own the roadmap for fraud detection and prevention capabilities that protect dealers and lenders from identity theft and application fraud.
  • Define success metrics tied to fraud loss reduction and false-positive rates.
  • Partner with fraud operations to translate emerging fraud patterns into product requirements.

AI-Native Delivery & Execution
  • Ship AI-native capabilities, features where AI is the core value proposition, not a bolt-on, across credit, compliance, and fraud workflows.
  • Conduct dealer and lender interviews to surface unmet needs across all three disciplines.
  • Write clear specs and acceptance criteria for the dedicated CCF Engineering Pod.
  • Partner with adjacent product teams so CCF strengthens the broader platform and deal experience.

What You'll Have:
  • Experience: 5-8 years of product management experience, with direct experience in credit decisioning, compliance automation, and fraud detection.
  • AI-Native Delivery: Proven track record of shipping AI-native products, not managing AI efforts from a distance.
  • Regulatory Fluency: Hands-on experience with FCRA, TCPA, ECOA, and TILA compliance requirements.
  • Current AI Tool User (non-negotiable): Must be actively using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Cursor, v0) in your work today, not just "familiar with" them
  • Industry Background (non-negotiable): Direct experience in automotive retail, dealer software, or closely related regulated fintech/lending.
  • Technical Literacy: Comfortable with SQL, dashboards, and product analytics tools.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required.
Key Success Metrics:
  • Credit decisioning speed and accuracy at the point of transaction.
  • Reduction in compliance exceptions across FCRA, TCPA, ECOA, and TILA.
  • Reduction in fraud losses and false-positive rates.
  • Successful delivery of AI-native CCF capabilities across all three disciplines.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay
  • Unrestricted PTO
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) plan
  • Professional development opportunities and continuous training.
  • A supportive and dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.

We are an equal employment opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.
