Job description

Position Goal:

As a Delivery Account Operations Associate your main goal is to accurately and efficiently log the company's expense reports from various departments and consolidate this information into a readable Excel report. The majority of your time will be spent at your desk dealing with Excel, but you will also be asked to retrieve information from different stations within the company to verify the correctness of reports when needed. We are looking for confident, go-getters that have a strong grasp of Excel who want to build a career, because that is what this role is offering.

SHIFT: 1st Shift / 6:30am - 3:30pm

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinates & completes the tasks/ functions of the contracted services at client location to meet requirements (i.e. billing processes, reporting, cost management, supplies mgmt., etc.).
  • Coordinates employee training.
  • Communicate with day-to-day account key contacts and 3rd Party providers (i.e. service, 3rd party vendors, etc.)
  • Attend operations staff and/or Client meetings
  • Ensure customer satisfaction SLAs are met.
  • Inspect and approve mail job tracking logs
  • Work closely with the Print and Mail Operators

Skills Needed:

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Planning, Organizing, and Executing Experience
  • Able to provide leadership and support for accounts assigned while displaying a positive attitude.
  • Problem resolution and escalation management skills.
