Job description

Business: Corporate
Duration: FTE
Location: MN-Minneapolis, PA-Philadelphia, or MO-St. Louis; Hybrid 3-4 days onsite
Overview: Turnberry Solutions is a business and technology consulting firm that believes brilliant strategy only matters when paired with excellent execution. Through a deep understanding of each client's challenges and opportunities, we deliver tailored solutions and premium talent for sustainable, meaningful, and fearless growth. With offerings in business excellence, digital design and build, platforms of innovation, and AI, data, and insights, we set the best teams, technologies, and solutions in motion.
As a Delivery Operations Coordinator, you will help keep Turnberry's Enterprise Delivery engine running - administering the systems, tracking, and governance our Consulting Delivery Organization relies on to deliver consistently for clients. You will partner across teams to gather requirements on loosely scoped work, maintain the project tracking and documentation that make our delivery repeatable and scalable, and report the KPIs that inform leadership forecasting and decision-making. You will also support pursuit governance and the client win/loss interview cadence, turning what we learn from clients into insight the business can act on. It is a role for someone who brings order to fast-moving work and treats process discipline as the foundation of excellent execution.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a cross-functional communication liaison - gather requirements and coordinate across teams on work that arrives with limited defined scope, confirming direction and priorities with your manager
  • Track and report on KPIs and metrics that support leadership decision-making, forecasting, and visibility into business trends
  • Administer core CDO systems (SharePoint, Smartsheet, Alchemer, and similar): monitor usage, document and troubleshoot issues, coordinate with IT on upgrades and integrations, maintain system documentation, run periodic access audits, and deliver end-user training
  • Set up and maintain solution project tracking - help define milestones and escalation points, and audit progress across the project lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate documentation, templates, and data in shared systems so processes stay consistent and scalable
  • Support pre-sales/pursuit governance: monitor incoming requests, triage and prioritize against established governance frameworks, and route them to the appropriate owners
  • Coordinate and facilitate the client win/loss interview cadence, scheduling sessions, and compiling reporting for CDO leadership review
  • Provide project-management support on end-to-end initiatives as assigned, including deliverable management, timelines, action logs, and follow-ups
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of CDO processes, including process mapping and documenting recommended improvements
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in delivery operations, project coordination, PMO support, or business operations
  • Hands-on administration of collaboration and workflow platforms such as SharePoint and Smartsheet, plus survey tools such as Alchemer; comfortable troubleshooting and documenting issues
  • Track record of completing assignments with little direction while keeping a manager informed through regular checkpoints
  • Experience tracking and reporting metrics/KPIs, with proficiency in Excel or comparable reporting tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with confident peer-level interaction across teams and growing exposure to leadership audiences
  • Documentation discipline and detail orientation - able to maintain templates, trackers, and shared data accurately at scale
  • Ability to identify simple-to-moderate issues with limited direction, suggest process improvements, and escalate complex issues appropriately
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; PMP/CAPM, Smartsheet, or Agile certifications a plus

The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $75,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Turnberry Solutions offers benefits such as a comprehensive healthcare package (medical, dental, vision), disability and group term life insurance, health and flexible spending accounts, a utilization bonus, 401(k) with match, flexible time off for salaried employees, parental leave for salaried employees, and flexible work arrangements (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with Turnberry, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives.
